At CRP, we understand that when working with corrosive environments and often dangerous media, safety and durability are non-negotiable.
The HSE strongly recommends the installation of Flange Spray Shields on flanged joints, especially in services with aggressive chemistry. Our Flange Spray Shields, made from FEP and PTFE, are fully compatible with the pressures, temperatures, and chemistries our piping systems are designed for.
To make it easier for you to improve plant and operator safety, we’ve included an optional line in every quotation for Safety Shields. These cover each size of flange, valve, and instrument tee where applicable. Simply select the appropriate sizes and quantities and advise us at the point of order. We will be happy to revise this quotation with total quantities required for ease of ordering.
