Inline Samplers

CRP’s range of inline samplers have been adopted by our customers to sample a broad range of chemicals, with stainless steel wetted parts for sampling less benign processes and with PFA linings for sampling corrosive chemicals like HCL or Nitric acid etc.  The sampling range includes volumetric samplers – types APN SG and Atopro  manufactured by Flowserve and Globe Valves, our SD IL 300 / 400 series wafer pattern sampling valves.

All valves provide a simple, environmentally friendly and safe way to obtain a representative sample for the customer in a controlled way without having to perform any pre running of liquor and can be mounted in both horizontal or vertical pipelines.

We would recommend that sampling valves are supplied with a safety cabinet to contain any spills or fumes, our standard stainless steel cabinet is suitable for containing a 500ml bottle, although we offer many bespoke designs.

Our inline sampling valves are available from ½”NB up to 6″NB to suit both ASME & DIN pipework.  We can supply different materials of construction such as Hastelloy C276, Alloy 20, duplex alloys etc and there is a choice of dispensing options, be it through a nozzle, sample bottle, septum capped bottles etc.
