Elbows

CRP offers a wide variety of PTFE / PFA lined elbows. All PTFE lined elbows are lined with paste extruded HiPerFlon PTFE liners flared each end over the flange faces similar to our pipe spools. We have standardised on PFA mouldings for our 90 degree cast elbows which are very resilient to permeation and offer flat faced flange faces.

Our standard elbows are all manufactured to ASME B16.5 class 150 dimensions. We can also offer elbows ASME class 300, all our elbows can be supplied with a stainless steel body for use within clean rooms etc,

We also supply 30^o and 60^o PTFE lined elbows and can offer bespoke elbows at other angles and other centreline to face dimensions.
