45 Degree Elbows
The 45 degree elbows are lined with high performance HiPerFlon PTFE. They are supplied as standard with fixed flanges and have carbon steel housings. However, they are available with fixed / rotating flanges our with two rotating flanges.
Please note that the 1 inch 45° elbow does not have through holes in the flanges, they are tapped ½ inch UNC because of the clash of nuts that would occur otherwise. A metric version is available with M12 or M14 tapped holes.
The dimensions below are to suit ASME B16.5 piping systems.
