Lids / Multiport Reducing Flanges

Customers are often struggling with an insufficient number of process connections on reactor lids. With so many items required to be installed on the vessel like dip pipes, thermowells, pressure indicators, bursting discs, sight glasses etc the limit can soon be reached. Here at CRP we can help with this problem by designing and manufacturing flanges crammed with multiple connections. These flanges provide a quick solution to fit an extra one, two or more connections on a reactor. Of course, we are able to offer these lined in both virgin and static dissipating HiPerFlon linings and in lined carbon steel and stainless steel. We can offer multiport lids to suit ASME 150 or DIN2848 connections.
