CRP at CHEMUKEXPO: showcasing safer, smarter inline sampling

A busy two days at CHEMUKEXPO for the CRP team, and a great opportunity to showcase how our corrosion resistant solutions support safer, more reliable operation in demanding chemical and process environments.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by stand G34. It was great to have so many valuable conversations around operator safety, representative sampling, process reliability and the practical challenges customers face on site.

New on the stand: the CRP inline sampling demonstration

One of the key talking points on the stand was our new inline sampling demonstration display, created to show visitors exactly how the CRP inline sampler works and why it is such a valuable solution for corrosive process media.

The display demonstrates how the sample bottle connects to the bottle adaptor, how the handle lifts the spindle from its seat, and how media can be safely dispensed directly from the process line into the bottle. This helps explain one of the sampler’s biggest strengths: taking a representative sample in a controlled way, while reducing unnecessary handling and waste.

The demonstration also helped highlight the key benefits of the CRP inline sampler, including accurate sample representation, reliability in harsh process conditions, improved operator safety, ease of installation and maintenance, and a strong lifecycle cost advantage over repeated use.

A lot of work went into bringing the demonstration together, from the technical input and product knowledge behind the design, through to the practical build, stand planning and customer conversations during the event. It was a real team effort and a strong example of how CRP combines engineering knowledge, problem-solving and hands-on support.
